The Kinship Afghan was designed with 12 squares -- one to represent each month. 

I researched international, fun days which had no religious or political motivation behind them and picked one each month to design a square for.

There are actually 13 Squares included in this bundle because as soon as I saw International Merlot Day in November I knew exactly what my square would look like! This one is not in my finished blanket in case anyone had issues with me including alcohol.
